    Yessss ! I have already completed 30 days of belly workout the day before yesterday without any break or rest or holiday continuously for 30 days I did every day for 30 minutes even during meditation course so I am super proud of my own determination and dedication towards exercises now yesterday I took a day off after thirty days and today I have started again with this schedule again no rest day in between daily belly workouts in the morning with stretch routine in the evening combined !

    Current weight: 189 lb (not exact.) Goal: Lose 5 or more pounds by the end of the month. I want to feel somewhat better about myself before I go back to in-person schooling. Notes: I won't be following a specific diet but I'll be avoiding junk food and sugar (except for sugar in fruits and a small amount in hibiscus tea.) And if I can, I'll do a 5 minute exercise in the nighttime. I also want to start going on walks more but I'm unsure if I will. Day 1: ✓ Note : My thighs felt unusually firm, which felt weird to me. After the second set of jumping jacks I had to sit down for a minute since my heart was beating uncomfortably fast and I was sweating a lot. It was almost 79 degrees this morning so I had to skip the last two exercises because I felt like I was going to pass out. I guess tomorrow I will try again earlier in the morning when its cooler. This was very exhausting so I might sleep now. Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7:
